Looking For A Bigger Property?

Homeowners may be finding it difficult to purchase larger properties due to lack of funding, but recent studies by Belvoir Lettings has revealed a distinct increase in the number of 3-4 bedroom property investments being supplied to tenants.

In fact, this rise has prompted many property advisors to state that demand and competition for these type of property investments will grow!

Yet, it is not hard to see why they are so confident in their predictions…

With mortgages still difficult to access, especially on bigger properties, this has established a new market audience for property investors with the cash to invest.

Commenting on this demand, Belvoir proprietor Craig Walker believes this sudden interest from homeowners has been inspired by the ‘unwillingness’ of many property owners to accept lower property prices. By failing to be flexible, this is forcing more and more homeowners onto the buy to let market who are looking for an alternative means to acquiring a larger property at low monthly rents.

And already this is going down a treat…

So much so that property advisors have begun encouraging property investors to be more flexible with their tenants. From making an exception to their no pets policy to supplying affordable monthly rents; property advisors are confident that such incentives will entice more homeowners to swap homeownership for buy to let.
