Fancy Bidding For Property Online?

Following the success of their first online property auction on the 12th February, popular property portal Zoopla.co.uk have revealed plans to offer online property auctions every single month.

Spaced over a 3 day period, it is believed over 75,000 property investors visited the website with an additional 1,000 registering to the site so they could bid.

Looking at the properties available, it is undeniable that their last property auction was a complete success. Offering properties valued on average at £104,000, the diversity of properties available ranged from a £30,000 flat to a £750,000 farm in Lancashire. With so much to choose from, it is not surprising that a total of 57 properties were sold during the course of this auction.

Speaking on this success, Zoopla plan to launch their next auction on the 25th February which will officially start in the afternoon before ending 4 days later on the Sunday.

And it is impossible to ignore the property investment opportunities these online property auctions will give to property investors, sellers and estate agents who are aiming to get back onto the property market.

Able to bid from the comfort of your own home, there is no risk of confusion over who is winning the bid or how much you are going to pay at the end. Instead property investors will be able to bid on the properties they want without getting caught up in the moment…

In addition, with all of these properties for sale being available to view up to a week in advance, property investors will have plenty of time to judge which are the best property investments, and go into the auction with a clear goal.
