Property Investor Wins Book Award
Well known for his reputation as a property investor, blogger, entrepreneur and for his position as Chairman of YourPropertyClub.com, Brett Alegre-Wood has got a new notch to add to his CV.
Last night Alegre-Wood won first prize for his non-fiction property investment book: ‘The 3+1 Plan: The Insider’s Way to Achieve Financial Freedom with Just 4 Properties’ at the People’s Book Prize Awards.
Showing homeowners how to utilise property investment to fund their pension, Alegre-Wood revealed at the ceremony that much of his inspiration for his book came from a survey where 72% of property owners divulged that they were worried that their pension wouldn’t provide for them during their retirement.
Harnessing these statistics, Alegre-Wood has utilised his expertise in the property investment field to create a resource that will help support homeowners with their future retirement plans.
And considering his success at the People’s Books Prize Awards last night, it would seem that a lot of homeowners are interested in branching into buy to let.
